Celebrating Tricia Allen

Well known East Gippsland glass artist Tricia Allen (1962-2010) played a significant role within the Gippsland arts community and was an important part of the Australian studio art glass movement.

To celebrate her amazing work and her contribution to the arts, the East Gippsland Art Gallery is seeking significant glass works made by Tricia to exhibit in a retrospective exhibition. Titled ‘Colour and Light’, the exhibition will run from 27th July - 26th August 2017.

A true master of her craft, Tricia’s technical ability and her passion for glass was evident in all her work. ‘Colour and Light’ will be a celebration of her mastery and a showcase of her life’s work.

If you own a piece made by Tricia Allen and would like to contribute to this retrospective exhibition please contact Crystal at East Gippsland Art Gallery on 5153 1988 or email director@eastgippslandartgallery.org.au
