In this one day workshop, participants will explore the traditional and creative techniques of watercolour painting under the guidance of local artist Jan Martin. Instruction will be given on the use of watercolour pigments, types of paper and brushes used for watercolour. Following demonstrations by Jan, participants will be given a series of exercises to practise the techniques and learn how to get the most out of this magical medium.
