Pet Pride | Gippsland Lakes Complete Health

20 March - 24 April 2026

Special opening event 5.30pm Friday 20 March 2026. All welcome. Free

Celebrating diversity, inclusion and unconditional love!

The community is invited to help fill the gallery with colour, joy and a whole lot of personality! Pet Pride is a community photo exhibition celebrating diversity, inclusion and unconditional love – as seen through the eyes (and paws, hooves, claws or scales) of our pets. Gippsland Lakes Community Health is asking locals to submit photos of their pets dressed in, surrounded by, or proudly rocking rainbow or pride-inspired colours.

Any species. Any age. Any personality. Every pet is welcome. Selected entries will be displayed as part of a public exhibition at the East Gippsland Art Gallery, with a ‘people’s choice’ award presented at the conclusion of the 5-week exhibition.

Why Pet Pride? Because love is love. Diversity deserves celebrating. And pets remind us every day what acceptance looks like

Entries Close: Friday 20 February 2026

One entry per human, but you’re welcome to include multiple pets in the one photo.
